What is required to join?

Ideal Independent Contractors Should Have:

Travel Experience: Multiple trips to a Disney destination, Universal Parks & Resorts, cruise, Hawaii, Europe or all-inclusive resort within the past five years.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge in your chosen area of specialization.
Availability: The flexibility to consistently dedicate time to growing your business.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using social media and technology.
Organization: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated.
Equipment: A personal computer with high-speed internet, antivirus protection, and word-processing software.

What is our application process?

Application Process:

Step 1: Initial Application – Share your interest in becoming a travel advisor with ETC by answering basic questions and completing our application in full.
Step 2: Interview – A one-on-one interview with one of our owners to discuss your qualifications and passion for travel.

You will develop your travel niche, based on your target client(s). There are many different options and our training will help you to develop this further.

How will I get paid?

Commission-Based Position: Earnings are commission-based, with payment issued after the client completes their travel, the supplier has paid the agency, and the payment has cleared.
Commission Split: Commissions from client bookings are shared based on supplier rates, destination, and sales volume. Your commission rate can increase as you grow your sales. The full commission structure will be discussed in our IC Agreement however we operate on a 70 - 90% commission structure.
Payment Schedule: Payroll is processed monthly via our CRM, with advisor payments made through ACH transfer.
